What do I need to start a project?
A structure file (MOL, SDF or CDX) and the quantity you need. If you don't have a file yet, contact us with a drawing or a name and we'll prepare one.
How quickly will I get a quote?
For most structures, the same day. Unusual chemistry may need a chemist's review first, and we'll tell you if that's the case.
What quantities can you make?
From milligrams for early screening up to kilograms for scale-up. Routes are chosen with larger scale in mind from the start.
Is my structure kept confidential?
Yes. Structures and project details are only visible to your team and the DigiChem chemists working on your project, and we're happy to sign an NDA before you upload anything.
What analysis comes with the compound?
Every delivery includes a certificate of analysis with identity and purity data, typically NMR and LC-MS. Additional methods can be added to the quote.
Can I change the route after approving a quote?
Yes, until synthesis starts. If you change the route or the quantity, ChemOS updates the timeline and price before anything is ordered.
